Who I Am

Mudassir Ahmed

I'm a web developer and performance specialist who's spent years building, fixing, and optimizing websites for service businesses. My background is in full-stack development — but my focus has always been on the same question: is this website actually generating revenue for the business owner?

Pest Control Audit started because I kept seeing the same thing — pest control companies paying $2,000–$5,000 for a website that was silently driving customers to their competitors. Not because the business was bad. Because the website was. No online scheduling, no service descriptions, no trust signals, buried contact info. The same problems, over and over, across every city and every company size.

I started documenting what I found. After 1,200+ audits across 11 states, the patterns became undeniable. The average pest control company website scores 37 out of 100 on our diagnostic. 74% have no online booking. 65% have no contact form. Most of these businesses have no idea. Nobody told them.

Why Pest Control

Pest control is an urgency-driven, trust-first business. When someone searches "pest control near me," they have a problem they need solved now. Your website has to earn that trust in seconds. A single recurring quarterly pest prevention plan is worth $600–$1,200 per year. The cost of a bad website isn't one lost job — it's years of recurring revenue walking to your competitor.

Yet the industry is underserved by web agencies. Most pest control companies get sold a template site by a marketing company that knows nothing about their specific conversion patterns — the importance of showing licensing, framing pest prevention plans, listing specific pests treated, or offering instant scheduling. The result is a site that looks "fine" but bleeds leads at every step.

I chose to specialize because depth beats breadth. After 1,200+ audits in a single industry, I know exactly what works, what doesn't, and what the top-performing pest control websites do differently. That specificity makes every audit more valuable than a generalist review ever could.

How I Work

Every audit follows the same 8-point diagnostic framework I've refined over 1,200+ reviews. No automated tools spitting out generic reports. I open your site, test every page on mobile and desktop, run speed diagnostics, review your Google Business profile, read your customer reviews, and analyze what your local competitors are doing better.

The eight categories I evaluate: page speed, mobile experience, SEO health, SSL security, call-to-action clarity, review integration, contact accessibility, and competitor gap analysis. Each issue gets a severity rating and an estimated monthly dollar cost based on your traffic and average ticket size.

You get a full diagnostic report — specific problems, priority rankings, and what each one is likely costing you per month. Not vague advice. Not a sales pitch disguised as an audit. Actual, actionable findings with numbers behind them.

10 audits per week. Each one done by hand. The audit is free — no credit card, no sales call, no catch. If you want help fixing what I find, we can talk. If not, you keep the report. It's yours either way.
